Eyebrow Microblading

What is Microblading

Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo that simulates hair strokes. It is also known as Eyebrow Feathering or 3D hair strokes. This unique technique gives a natural looking brow drawing individual hair strokes into the skin, making them look realistic amongst your natural hair. The shape is drawn during your consultation and we only begin once you have signed paperwork agreeing that it’s a shape you love . Great eyebrows give an age defying effect giving a youthful natural lift, making you look years younger.

Who is the treatment for?

Microblading is excellent for over plucked brows, people suffering hair loss due to medical conditions, chemotherapy and alopecia. It is perfect for those wanting more fullness, shape & definition. Strokes are tattooed behind existing hair to fill in areas you may have overplucked or create a fuller brow.

How many treatments will I need?

Dream brows cannot be achieved in just one session. A second touch up enhancement treatment is needed 4-6 weeks after initial treatment. This is generally a quicker appointment to add more pigment to the area and retouch any area of pigment that has not held properly. (Some clients need more than two sessions to achieve their desired density and shape).

A refreshment treatment is required every 12-18 months to maintain brow shape and colour

What are some important things to know?

Clients who wish to undergo treatment with microblading should book their treatments 3-4 months in advance prior to weddings, holidays and special occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial microblading and touch up enhancement treatment.

It is critical to protect your face from water and sweat for 10days after treatment as this will affect the healing and pigment retention in your brows. You will go through three healing phases heal, peel and fade.
